Select Unit: The default is set to Metric (kilograms and centimeters). If you prefer to use imperial units (pounds and inches), you can change this from the dropdown menu.

Age: Enter your age in years (e.g., 25).

Gender: Select your gender (Male or Female).

Height: Enter your height in centimeters (e.g., 175). If you chose imperial units, enter your height in inches.

Weight: Enter your weight in kilograms (e.g., 70). If you chose imperial units, enter your weight in pounds.

Activity Level: Select your activity level from the dropdown menu. Options typically range from sedentary to very active. Choose the one that best describes your daily routine and exercise habits.

Calculate: Click the "Calculate" button to get your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) result. This is an estimate of the number of calories your body burns in a day.
